Mr. Rubashkin served in a various positions, including three years as the Global VP of Finance, in Syneron Medical Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELOS) from 2007 to 2014. Prior to that, he was the Controller of Plastro Gvat Ltd. (A public traded company on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange). From 2003 to 2006 he served in the high-tech area of Ernst & Young, Israel. Mr. Rubashkin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University and a Masters in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
