Mimi K. Berdal, Board Member. Ms Berdal runs an independent legal and corporate counseling business. She has extensive experience as board member of listed companies, including previous directorship in Rocksource ASA (Chairman), Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (Chairman) and Copeinca ASA. Ms Berdal currently holds the directorship in several companies, such as Itera ASA, Gassco AS, Gjensidige Pensjon og Sparing AS and EMGS ASA. She has previously served as a legal advisor with Total Norge and partner in the Arntzen de Besche law firm. Ms Berdal holds a Cand.jur (law) degree from the University of Oslo and is admitted to the Bar, Norwegian Bar Association.
