"MikoÅ‚aj Budzanowski is responsible for product and process innovations in aluminium, automotive and energy sector. Budzanowski also acts as a Managing Director of Boryszew Energy which trades electricity and natural gas. Professional experience: • 2011 – 2013 - State Treasury Minister • 2009 – 2011 – State Treasury Vice-Minister Responsible for supervision of strategic companies in oil and gas sectors as well as diversified projects, among others: construction of LNG terminal in ÅšwinoujÅ›cie, searching for shale gas and development of infrastructure for exploitation and transmission of energetic raw-materials. Initiator of new energetic and mining projects in Poland. Responsible for integration of chemical sector over Grupa Azoty. • 2008 – 2009 – Director at Ministry of Treasury, supervising of strategic companies in oil and gas sectors. Responsible for, among others, preparation of special Act of Parliament, regarding construction of LNG terminal in ÅšwinoujÅ›cie and other co-investments. • 2008 – Director of Climate Change Department at Ministry of Environment. • July 2004 – December 2007 – Adviser in the Polish delegation at European Parliament in Brussels. Mr. MikoÅ‚aj Budzanowski in the years 1990 – 1996 was a student of History Faculty at the JagielloÅ„ski University in Cracow. He graduated from Stanford Executive Institute, Stanford University (Management Science and Engineering). Scholarship at the Japan foundation of Sasakawa (Nippon Foundation), Deutsch Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD). He speaks fluent English and German and French on a communicative level. Mr. MikoÅ‚aj Budzanowski does not conduct business competitive to Boryszew S.A., does not participate in any competitive company or civil partnership nor is he a member of the rival company or a member of any other competitive legal person. Mr. MikoÅ‚aj Budzanowski has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Legal Act of the National Court Register."
