Ms. Mikel A. Durham has been Chief Executive Officer of American Seafoods Group LLC since January 16, 2017. Ms. Durham joined to American Seafoods with deep experience in the food service and consumer products industries and with substantial product innovation and channel development expertise. She has a strong track record of operational excellence and growth leadership to American Seafoods Group. She served as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Markets at CSM Bakery Supplies North America. Ms. Durham served as Executive Director of Operations and Procurement Practice of Corporate Executive Board Co. (CEB Inc.) since March 9, 2006. Ms. Durham served as President of Global Supply Chain at Cadbury Schweppes. Prior to Cadbury Schweppes, Ms. Durham has held executive positions at Diageo's Guinness Ltd as Managing Director and Burger King North America units as President, as well as at Tricon Global Restaurants. She served as General Manager of Yum! Southern Europe. She began her career in 1985 with management consulting firm Bain & Company. In 1994, she joined PepsiCo in the U.S., where she served as Vice President and General Manager of the south European and north African restaurant operations. With more than 20 years of global experience in the foodservice industry, she joined CSM in 2014. Prior to this, she served simultaneously as Global Growth Officer for PepsiCo’s Foodservice business and President of Naked Juice/IZZE. She serves as Vice Chair of Good360 Inc. She is credited with articulating a new vision moving beyond beverage to include a full range of PepsiCo products and Brands (Frito Lay, Tropicana, Quaker, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, etc.). Previously, she was President of Foodservice North America for PepsiCo, including the national sales force. She has been an Independent Director of Tyson Foods, Inc. since July 30, 2015. She began her career in 1985 with management consulting firm Bain & Company, where she served in several roles working in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Russia. She earned her B.A. from Smith College in Economics and her M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
