MICHAEL P. C specializes in foot and ankle surgery and post trauma reconstruction. He received his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota in 1992. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska, College of Medicine in 1996. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Creighton University/University of Nebraska Health Foundation in 2001, and his postgraduate Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery/Lower Extremity Reconstruction at Florida Orthopaedic Institute in conjunction with Tampa General Hospital in 2002. He served as Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery from 2002-2005, before returning to Tampa. Dr. Clare is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, Orthopaedic Trauma Association, AO North America, and the AO/ASIF Teaching Faculty. He also serves as the Director of Fellowship Education for the Florida Orthopaedic Institute Foot and Ankle Fellowship.
