Mr. Michael Eisenberg is the Co-Founder, Founding Manager, Founding Partner and Partner of Aleph Venture Capital. Mr. Eisenberg is responsible for internet and mobile ventures. He joined Aleph on June 9, 2005. Mr. Eisenberg was a General Partner and Partner of Benchmark Capital. Since 2005, Mr. Eisenberg had been a General Partner at Benchmark Capital Partners. He was responsible for managing the portfolio in the U.S. and Israel. He co-founded Jerusalem Global Investment Banking. Mr. Eisenberg was a Consultant at Marttila and Kiley, Inc. Previously, he was a Partner at Israel Seed Partners for eight years from July 1997 to 2005. Mr. Eisenberg also served as the President of Investment Banking at Jerusalem Global Ltd., where he was responsible for managing the Investment Banking Group from 1995 to 1997. At Jerusalem Global Ltd., he completed numerous private placements for Israeli technology companies in the Internet, software and communications areas. Mr. Eisenberg initiated and was the primary liaison for Jerusalem Global Ltd's partnership with Montgomery Securities Limited and was also the primary liaison with the U.S. venture capital community. He served at Montgomery Securities Limited. Mr. Eisenberg is a member of the board of directors of several private companies. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Myoonet, Inc. He serves as a Director of Clarizen, Inc. and Xpert, Inc. He serves as a Member of Board of Directors of SHomer Hachadash, Yeshivat Har Etizion, Frost & Sullivan Institute. He serves as a Director of Finjan Software; Ghost Inc. and Conduit Ltd. Mr. Eisenberg has been a Director of Seeking Alpha Ltd since September 12, 2006.
