In March 2013, Michael retired as Senior Vice President and Group Executive of Global Services at International Business Machines Corporation (IBM). Throughout his 36-year career with the company, he held a variety of leadership positions in sales, marketing, and services, including Senior Vice President, Global Technology Services, General Manager of Sales and Distribution Operations in the Americas, and Head of Global Services in Asia Pacific.
