Mr. Crowley is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Corporation.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the Company's worldwide legal, risk management, ethics & compliance and corporate governance.  Mr. Crowley is a member of the Business Review Committee (BRC), the Company’s most senior leadership team. Mr. Crowley brings to PAREXEL extensive commercial and corporate legal experience. He has provided counsel on a wide range of matters including commercial contracting, strategic alliances, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and ethics and intellectual property.
