My name is Matthias M. and I'm currently part of an international and multifunctional team that conducts internal audits. Our aim is to detect weak points in financial and operational management processes and make suggestions for improvement. Most audits take place in one of our four business organisations around the world. In addition to carrying out audits, each member of the team has a specialist area and maintains contact with the relevant department in the company. I am currently our team's expert for marketing, finance and also, on a transitional basis, for medicine. Our department is based in Ingelheim and consists of three operational groups, one IT group and Corporate Security. I currently have colleagues in nine different countries including China, the USA, France, Great Britain and Spain. It is important for me to to work in an open-minded environment that creates a good working atmosphere.
