My name is Martin and I work as a research scientist in the Protein and Peptide Chemistry department in Global Research in Novo Nordisk R&D. It is my job to chemically modify proteins in order to improve their properties as drugs. For me, the most important, interesting, and challenging aspect of the job is to analyse the data we get from pharmacologists and biophysicists, draw the right conclusions, and design the next generation of drugs based on that data and our experience.
