Mr. Dearden joined PaxVax in 2014 as VP, Quality. He has more than 26 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 20 years focused on the manufacturing of sterile products and biologics. Mr. Dearden started his career at Celltech Biologics and has held roles of increasing responsibility in both small UK-based generic companies and also larger global companies such as Aventis and UCB. During his career, he has been responsible for creating and developing quality systems for many different products and for entire companies.
