Mark Knickrehm is group chief executive of Accenture Strategy, which focuses on solving clients’ most pressing challenges at the intersection of business, technology and operations—helping C-suite executives develop strategies to transform their organizations. He is also a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee.Mr. Knickrehm is a thought leader on how emerging trends and technologies will impact industry and business models, especially around digital disruption, competitiveness and envisioning what the workforce of the future will look like in a digital world. Mr. Knickrehm spent 12 years at McKinsey & Company where, as a partner, he focused on strategy, operations and organization. He also served for two years as executive vice president, CFO and president of international operations for Paging Network, Inc. (PageNet), a publicly held wireless company with annual revenues of more than $1 billion. He rejoined Accenture in 2005, having previously been with Accenture from 1984-1989, where he led large client software design, development and installation teams. Mr. Knickrehm holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. He is currently based in Los Angeles, after spending three years living and working in Asia.
