Ms Shvetsova graduated from Perm State University in 1994 with a degree in Law, and in 2012 from International Management Institute St Petersburg (IMISP) with an MBA degree. From 1995 to 2001, she was a Senior Lawyer at JSC Perm Project and Construction Corporation. For the period 1999 — 2006, she lectured at Perm State University. Between 2001 and 2005, Ms Shvetsova worked at CJSC Sibur-Khimprom holding various positions, including Head of the Legal Department. In 2005, Ms Shvetsova was appointed Head of the Legal Department and Member of the Management Board of Uralkali. In 2006, she was appointed as the Legal and Corporate Director of the Company. Currently she is a Member of the Board of Directors at several Uralkali affiliated companies.
