Ms. McLaughlin is the Head of Post Close Operations at SG Capital Partners. Prior to joining SGCP, Ms. McLaughlin was a Director at RBS in their Asset Backed Products Operations group. During her 10 years at RBS, Ms. McLaughlin held various positions within the ABP Operations group where she played a critical role in designing and rolling out residential whole loan management and warehouse systems. Ms. McLaughlin was also in charge of developing and implementing operational process, procedures and controls for RBS’ residential warehouse business as well as residential and non-agency commercial loan settlements and securitizations. Ms. McLaughlin holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Drexel University.
