Biography
Margot Buick I have over 15 years’ experience as a director of public and not-for-profit companies. I have a background in food science and technology, particularly in R&D, food production and processing, and extensive product and business development experience. I am a Fellow, and past President, of the Institute of Food Science and Technology and have an MBA from Massey University.
