Marco joined Selexis’ executive team as Director, European Sales and Business Development in 2013. With a molecular science background, Marco brings a proven track record in business development, sales, and clinical development. With over 15 years of experience in life sciences, Marco has extensive international business, product development, and regulatory knowledge that has been gained in clinical-stage biotechnology companies and the clinical research industry. Prior to joining Selexis, he was with Quintiles Outcome as Business Development Director, where he focused on real-world evidence-based research. Before joining the industry, Marco worked on protein engineering at the Medical Research Council (MRC) in Cambridge, UK. He obtained his PhD from the University of Cambridge. He is also a trained pharmacist.
