Biography

Since his university years and first job, Marcin has wanted to actively engage in actions aimed at changing our everyday lives for the better and making them easier. At Braster, he is responsible for the preparation of the manufacturing and quality control of the liquid-crystal matrices – the heart of the BRASTER device. Marcin is always excited to see tangible results of his efforts. He earned a title of Ph.D. in Thermodynamics. Working at Braster enables him to translate his scientific knowledge into specific state-of-the-art solutions. Thanks to that, he can now pursue his professional passion of putting innovative ideas into effect. Marcin has been working for BRASTER S.A. since 2012, and from inception has been engaged in many significant projects. Marcin has created the first prototypes of the Braster device, conducted the first clinical trials and co-worked on the technology of manufacturing liquid-crystal film (CLCF). He is a co-author of the algorithm for thermographic images analysis. He also actively participated in works focused on enhancing the system for automated interpretation. Moreover, he is a co-author of clinical trials reports as a well as Atlas Termograficzny (thermographic atlas of breast cancer) that was written based on those trials.

Marcin Trzyna has broad interests in the Infectious Diseases and Life Science. His research thus far has focused on Epidemiology.
