Mr. Lui Man Sang (Warwick) is Executive Director of Tianda Pharmaceuticals Limited since September 30, 2013. He joined Tianda Group Limited (TGL), the controlling shareholder of the Company, in 2007 and is a deputy general manager of TGL. He is now responsible for TGL’s finance, accounting and tax affairs, and assists TGL’s general manager to manage administration and human resources department, and investment and development department. Mr. Lui possesses over 25 years of experience covering a variety of industries including auditing in one of the big four accounting firms in Hong Kong and overseeing the finance department of a HK-listed company. He holds an Executive MBA granted by City University of Hong Kong. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
