My name is Malin and I’m a department director for the team responsible for the drug product formulation development of the biopharm project portfolio in CMC Development. My job is to ensure that we in the best way possible develop new drug products to patients with haemophilia or growth hormone deficiencies. My department consists of highly skilled project coordinators, scientists and technicians, who work close together to reach our goals. In total, we are 40 employees handling 20-25 different projects in development.
