Małgorzata Brożyna graduated in Marketing and Management, as well as Human Resource Management. She began working at Barwa as the Organisation Specialist. She held the position of Development Director from 2007 and 2011 and she became the Managing Director. At the end of May 2013 she was appointed to become the President of the Board.
Małgorzata Brożyna had broad interest in Marketing and Management .Her research thus far focused on marketing dermatology cosmetic products.
