Marten Welter completed his education in Eindhoven University of technology during 1979 -1987 AMMD Marten Welter is working as managing director at Cargill Feed and Nutrition Southeast Europe and he also have a great work experience since from 1991 -2001 he worked as a regional controller at Newell Rubbermaid and later he joined Cargill as finance controller who worked for more than 6 years and then he was promoted as general manager at Cargill Animal Nutrition for 4 years then he shifted to Romania who worked from 2008 to 2011 as general manager and then he became the managing director for Cargill at Hungary .
