Born in 1961, Lin Jinzhencurrently holds the position of Workers’ Representative Director of the MCC Group and MCC Non-Executive Director (Workers’ Representative Director). A senior engineer, Mr. Lin graduated from Northeastern University in 1983. He has successively served as Principal Staff Member, Engineer and Senior Engineer of the Enterprise Management Department and General Office of Construction Department of the Ministry of the Metallurgical Industry, and Deputy Director and Director of the Group Personnel Department and Human Resources Department of the China Metallurgical Group Corporation (formerly the China Metallurgical Construction Company).
