Leslie is responsible for Spruce’s human resources, as well as all things related to recruiting, compensation, talent management and corporate environment, including education, training and culture. Leslie has spent more than 20 years developing human resource and talent strategies for both publicly and privately held companies. Prior to joining Spruce, Leslie served as the vice president of talent management for Clean Power Finance, where she was responsible for talent development and human resources. Previously, Leslie founded and managed two successful executive search firms, GreenAtom and HNC Search, and spent several years as a senior partner at Heidrick & Struggles. Leslie holds a B.A. in history from the University of California, Los Angeles.
