Mr. Leslie A. Brun, also known as Les, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Alternative Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Brun serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sarr Group, LLC. He also served as an Advisor of TL Ventures. He serves as an Executive Advisor of CCMP Capital Advisors, LP and served as its Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations. He has 30 years of investment banking, commercial banking and financial advisory experience. He co-founded the investment banking group of Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia and served as its Managing Director from April 1988 to September 1990. Mr. Brun was a founder, Chairman and Chief Executive officer for Hamilton Lane Advisors, from January 1991 to May 2005. He served as Vice President of the Corporate Finance Division at E.F. Hutton & Co. Inc. He served as Vice President of Lloyds International Corporation. He began his career at Chemical Bank in Seoul, South Korea, where Mr. Brun served as an Assistant Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He founded Hamilton Lane. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of CDK Global, Inc. since September 30, 2014. He has been an Independent Chairman of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. since November 16, 2011 and has been its Independent Director since 2007. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. from November 2007 to November 10, 2015 and served as its Independent Director from January 30, 2003 to November 10, 2015. He served as Chairman of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s S.B.I.C. Advisory Council. Mr. Brun served as Chairman Emeritus and Director of Hamilton Lane Advisors.
