Lennie joined SSH in February 2013 as Associate Director at SSH’s South Africa office. His core responsibility is to ensure projects are designed and delivered in a timely manner to the highest international standards. Lennie’s international career commenced at Darnton EGS in London, where he delivered multiple retail store projects throughout the United Kingdom. Upon his return to South Africa he worked on Cape Town International Airport and afterwards joined international healthcare specialist architects, IBI Group (formerly known as Nightingale Associates) where he was key to the successful delivery of many international large scale healthcare projects. He has extensive international experience including major hospitals in Europe and North America. He has acted as BIM Lead and Project Architect on many large scale projects and has in-depth knowledge of project management and the process of protecting the design against rigorous value engineering. Lennie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and is registered with the South African Council of Architecture.
