As Chief Commercial Officer, Lee is responsible for improving shareholder value through the direction and leadership of the Group’s Corporate Enterprise Risk and Opportunity programmes. He brings clarity to our corporate strategies and a sharp focus to the development of commercial opportunities. His astute leadership and management of enterprise risk including the implementation of commercial policies and procedures safeguard SSH’s commercial position in the execution of our contractual obligations. Working with senior leaders in the business he spearheads the exploration of new areas of activity, seeking opportunities that continue to develop and grow the business in line with the Company Vision. Prior to joining SSH, Lee was a Project Director with Hyder Consulting in Bahrain. His international experience extends from the UK and the Middle East to India. Lee is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a successful track record in leading commercial engineering projects in the Middle East, India, North America and Europe. In the last eight years he has worked on local Government, Utility, Contracting, Industrial and Consultancy projects in the MENA region. Graduating from the University of Salford in the UK, Lee went on to establish a privately-owned specialist civil engineering company, growing the business from start-up to one of the Top 30 Water Sector consultancies in the UK.
