Lee Gardiner was appointed as People & Culture Director in June 2017. Prior to this she worked for farm machinery importer and retailer Landpower / CLAAS Harvest Centre where she was the GM – People & Brand for 7 years. Lee has over 20 years’ experience in human resources management across a diverse range of sectors including agriculture, tourism and aboriginal education. Her keys areas of experience have been leading large-scale change and culture transformation, and putting in place the best approaches to align with an organisation’s strategy.
