Laurel-Karen, Head of Human Resources at Purdue Pharma, is responsible for leading the U.S. human resources function by developing and executing talent strategies that support Purdue Pharma’s current and future business. Karen most recently led HR strategy and processes for the global and commercial business divisions at Sikorsky Aircraft, a Lockheed Martin company. Prior to this, Karen served as a human resources leader at Purdue Pharma for 17 years. During her tenure, Karen held several HR leadership positions with increasing responsibility in organization development, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, learning and development, as well as other HR disciplines.
