Lars Rasmussen, B.Sc (Eng), MBA, has been the Chief Executive and President of Coloplast A/S since October 1, 2008. Mr. Rasmussen serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Coloplast Corp. Rasmussen served as the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Coloplast A/S. He served as a Group Director of Coloplast A/S. Mr. Rasmussen served as the Vice Chairman of TDC A/S. He served as Vice Chairman of Investeringsselskabet since November 26, 2003. He has been a Director of William Demant Holding A/S since 2016. He serves as a Director of LM Glasfiber Holding A/S and Bie & Berntsen A/S. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Danske Bank A/S. Mr. Rasmussen serves on the Central Board of the Confederation of Danish Industry and Danish-American Business Forum. He has been a Director of H. Lundbeck A/S since 2013. Mr. Rasmussen serves on the Advisory Board for Department of Manufacturing Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Denmark Danish-Chinese Business Forum. He served as a Director of TDC A/S. He served as a Director of MT Højgaard A/S from 2007 to April 30, 2014. Mr. Rasmussen served as a Member of Board of Højgaard Holding A/S until April 30, 2014. He served as a Director of Monberg & Thorsen A/S. Mr. Rasmussen served as a Director of Brødrene Hartmann A/S since April 15, 2004 and was responsible for product development, technology and production. He received an EMBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI) in 1995 and a B.Sc. degree from the Aalborg University in 1986.
