Prior to joining Yara through the acquisition of Adubos Trevo, Lair held several management positions in fertilizer companies and other sectors. Mr. Hanzen holds a Master´s degree in International Business from the Argentinial Belgrano University and a Master´s degree in Business Administration from the Brazilian Lutheran University (ULBRA).
