Mr. Reichen joined PaxVax in July 2014 as VP of Technical Operations. Prior to joining PaxVax, he served as Value Stream Director at Crucell (Johnson & Johnson) for more than three years, where he managed the entire manufacturing process with cross-functional responsibilities for Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering. Prior to Crucell, Mr. Reichen worked as Value Stream Director at Legacy Pharmaceuticals, where he was also a member of the senior leadership team. He was responsible for the production and packaging of sterile and nonsterile dosage forms. Mr. Reichen holds an MBA and a B.S. in Chemistry from universities in Switzerland.
