Krzysztof SuÅ‚ecki was previously employed as Head of Production Facilities at LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. He has been with the company since February 1991. Mr SuÅ‚ecki graduated in mining and geology (major: borehole mining) from the University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Faculty of Drilling and Oil. Since 1992, he has held executive positions at the Production Facilities, serving as a Shift and Platform Manager. In July 2004, Mr SuÅ‚ecki was promoted to the Deputy Head and then, in September 2005, to the Head of Drilling and Production. In February 2007, he was appointed Director of Drilling and Oil and Gas Production. In January 2011, Mr SuÅ‚ecki became the Head of Production Facilities. In 1998, he received an honorary title for outstanding service to Polish geology, awarded by the Minister of Environment. In 2005, the Minister of Economy granted him the title of second-degree Mining Director and in 2011 - a medal for outstanding service to oil and gas mining industry.
