Krystian Pater is a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in ToruÅ„, Faculty of Chemistry. Additionally, he has completed post-graduate courses in “Chemical Engineering and Equipment” at the Warsaw University of Technology (1989), “Management and Marketing” at the PaweÅ‚ WÅ‚odkowic University College in PÅ‚ock (1997), “Petroleum Sector Management” (1998), “Enterprise Value Management” (2001-2002) at the Warsaw School of Economics and "Academy of Leadership Psychology" (2015-2016) at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School​.
Krystian Pater is Member of the Management Board of AB ORLEN Lietuva and Member of the Supervisory Board of Unipetrol a.s. Additionally, he serves as Member of the Management Board of CONCAWE and Chairman of the Association of Oil Industry Workers in PÅ‚ock.
