Prior to joining SGS, Kimmo’s 23 years of experience included several leadership positions, with 16 years in the oil and gas and industrial products industries. He was a Regional Director at Rolls-Royce and at Elliott Group, an international supplier of turbomachinery. Before taking on these roles, he held executive positions at Wood Group, a multinational oil and gas service company, and management positions at General Electric. His experience includes six years in the United States Army, where he undertook advanced officer training. Kimmo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA, both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
