As DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) senior vice president and general manager of the Americas, Kevin Jones leads a region that includes the United States, Canada, Central America and South America. Mr. Jones has an impeccable reputation for turning around organizations. As senior vice president and general manager of the Americas for the Enterprise Services (ES) business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), he returned the region to revenue growth and transformed it into ES’ most profitable business. Prior to that, Mr. Jones served as chief customer and sales officer for Dell Services, where he led all go-to-market functions for applications, business process outsourcing, infrastructure services and cloud computing businesses. In his 3 years at Dell, Mr. Jones grew revenue by 11%, increased profitability by 12% and raised Dell’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 0 to 51. Before joining Dell, Mr. Jones spent 21 years at Hewlett Packard and Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he held executive positions in both Europe and Asia. As senior vice president of Enterprise Services, Asia Pacific and Japan, he grew revenue more rapidly than the market rate and increased profitability by 25%. At EDS, as vice president, UK Government, EDS Europe, Middle East, Africa, he saved the relationship with the organization’s most profitable customer and signed $4.5 billion in new business. As EDS’ managing director for Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, he defined a clear growth strategy and led entry into new markets, delivering record sales and doubling market revenue growth. Mr. Jones is a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion and community involvement. He has served as executive sponsor of three employee resource groups at HPE: the Black Employee Network (BEN), Young Employee Network (YEN), and PRIDE. He also serves as a board member for the North Texas Food Bank, the World Affairs Council of Dallas, and Tech Titans. Mr. Jones holds a BBA from James Madison University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He completed the Executive Training Program– Leading Strategic Change at Indiana University.
