Kenneth Phillips is a Vice President & General Counsel. He joined Gentherm in 2012 as Vice-President and General Counsel. From 1999 until joining Gentherm, Phillips was a Partner in the Detroit office of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, a leading business law firm with five offices in Michigan and an international practice. From 1995 to 1999, he was an accountant at Plante & Moran, LLP, in its Detroit office. He graduated with a J.D. from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance from Oakland University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He was also recognized in Crain's Detroit Business 40 under 40 list in 2013.
