Mr. Kenneth A. DiPietro, also known as Ken, has been an Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Biogen Idec Ltd. and Biogen Inc. since January 2012. Mr. DiPietro has 30 years of experience to Lenovo in both human resources and organizational development. Mr. DiPietro served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lenovo Group Limited since August 4, 2006. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd. He served as a Full-time HR Consultant to Lenovo Executive Staff. From January 2003 to April 2005, he served as Vice President of Human Resources at Microsoft Corporation, where he was responsible for planning, compensation, staffing, training and executive development. Mr. DiPietro joined Microsoft in 2003. He was responsible for developing strategies and programs to enhance staffing, compensation, benefits, executive development, diversity and workplace culture for Microsoft worldwide. He served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas at Dell Inc., where he helped align its human resources organization with its business goals. He joined Dell from PepsiCo, where he served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources from 1999 to 2002, where he was responsible for international compensation and benefits, staffing and education and development, for an organization.
