Biography

Katrina is a Canadian clinician with a Masters of Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary in Canada. She also holds an Honors Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and has conducted research on cross-cultural psychology with a focus on immigration and acculturation. Katrina works with children, adolescents and adults of diverse ages and backgrounds on a variety of psychological issues including emotional regulation, behavioral problems, AD/HD, bullying, mood, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and family, relationship or social difficulties. She provides both individual and group therapy, and seeks to help and empower all clients she has the privilege of working with.

Research Intrest

Counselling Psychology, cross-cultural psychology, immigration and acculturation, adolescents and adults, psychological issues including emotional regulation, behavioral problems, AD/HD, bullying, mood, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and family.
