She holds a bachelor degree in Economics and an MBA. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Central Bank of Norway (Norges Bank), where she is also a member of the audit and ownership committees. Ms. Baker also serves on the European Advisory Board of the Tuck School of Business, and the Ethics Committee of the Norwegian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (NVCA), where she previously served as Chairman. Ms. Baker, who also holds several other board positions, was previously a partner at the Norwegian private equity firm Reiten & Co for 15 years, and has held positions with Morgan Stanley and McKinsey.
