Mrs. Lepecka-Czajkowska’s holds the Master of Pharmacy degree from Lublin Medical University, Poland. With her scientific background and post-graduate diploma in human resources management from Kozminski University, Warsaw. She provides strong leadership across KCR’s Operational Teams. She brings to KCR her extensive experience in clinical research gained during over 10 years of work within clinical trials. Prior to joining the company, she worked for several top pharma companies and a global CRO.
