Katarina, works as a Regulatory Affairs Director in Novo Nordisk R&D. She is regulatory responsible for a key project within diabetes, which is currently in phase 3. This means that she ensures that the development programme fulfils the requirements from the Health Authorities. Right now, She is looking forward to be regulatory responsible for filing a large and high-quality submission dossier to the regulatory authorities. There are basically no routines in her job. Every day is full of new and exciting possibilities and things to deal with. She quites often end up looking back on a day full of going around talking with people about how we will handle different things and discussing different strategic options. She has a lot of interactions with people across the organisation, something which she enjoya tremendously.
