K. L. Spear, M.D. founded Spear Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in August 1993 and serves as its President and Dermatologist. Dr. Spear served as the President of Mayo Dermatology O'Leary Society from 2004 to 2006. He worked at American Academy of Dermatology Therapeutics/FDA Liaison Task Force from 1998 to 2002.
