Biography

 Judith Snyder is senior vice president and chief information officer for Kelly Services®, a global leader in providing workforce solutions.  In her position, she is responsible for the development, enhancement and operational maintenance of key applications to support the company’s global business functions. Ms. Snyder accepted the responsibility of the CIO role in April of 2013 and oversees Kelly’s global systems. She has the ability to create innovative solutions to empower people to deliver a competitive advantage.  Ms. Snyder joined Kelly Services in 2008 with more than 20 years of IT management experience, including program management, sub-contract management, consulting, strategy development, and application integration in multiple industries including manufacturing, telecom, transportation, and government.  She joined Kelly Services from TRW Automotive Holdings where she served in various IT leadership roles. During her tenure, Ms. Snyder was responsible for implementing technology to solve business problems by performing individual consulting and leading large teams on multi-million dollar programs. These programs included ERP Implementations, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Business Intelligence. In addition, Ms. Snyder managed multiple projects in the TRW Systems Integration group servicing external customers in the consumer, publishing, telecommunication, hospitality and airline industries. She began her career as a Systems Engineer for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Dayton, Ohio. Ms. Snyder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh. She is a member of the Program Management Institute
