Juan Fuertes is the Advocacy and Access Manager of PHA Europe, the umbrella organization for pulmonary hypertension patients' organization. He is also a Board Member of the European Patients' Forum and Council Member of the European Lung Foundation.
After fourteen years working on the field of armed conflict with the International Committee of the Red Cross, he joined the pulmonary hypertension patients' community, first at national level in Spain and at the European umbrella organization since 2012.
