Jay has more than 15 years combined experience in manufacturing/plant operations management. He started his career in 1993 with San Miguel Packaging Products (Glass Business) as Staff Engineer. He moved on to Steel Asia Manufacturing and later in James Hardie Philippines where he grew to become the Operations Manager and consequently became the Vice President for Manufacturing Philippines operations. He was assigned to James Hardie Building Products in the United States for 2 years as part of the management development program within the James Hardie global organization. He was a recipient of the Excellence Award – Manufacturing Operations Asia Pacific in 2002, awarded in James Hardie Sydney, Australia. Before he joined Interphil Laboratories, Inc, he was the Vice President for Manufacturing in Neltex Development Co. Inc. Jay holds a degree in Bachelor of Science major in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines.
