Mr. Damico is a founding partner and serves as an operating principal of RoundTable Healthcare Partners. He has more than 30 years of healthcare industry operating experience, previously as Executive Vice President of Cardinal Health, Inc. and Group President of Allegiance Corporation. Prior to the acquisition of Allegiance by Cardinal Health, Mr. Damico was President and Chief Operating Officer of Allegiance. Mr.Damico also held senior management positions at Baxter and American Hospital Supply. Mr. Damico’s operating experience includes the leadership of businesses totaling $6B ranging in size from $30M to $2B with 20,000 employees, 29 manufacturing facilities, 48 distribution centers, in 8 countries. Among these businesses was the nation’s largest medical-surgical distributor serving multiple sites of patient care. This distribution experience has given Mr. Damico an in‑depth understanding of the disposable medical product marketplace and contacts with key individuals in the industry, namely, customers (both integrated health networks and multi-hospital systems), manufacturers and other distributors. Mr. Damico is the Chairman of the Board of Argon Medical Devices, Inc., Beaver-Visitec Int’l., Avalign Technologies, and Vesta Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Aqua Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Tower Holdings, Inc., Excelsior MedicalInc., Renaissance Pharma, and Salter Labs.     

 Mr. Damico holds other board positions at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Wintrust Financial Corporation.
