Mr. Jon S. Halbert has been an Executive Officer of CaremarkPCS (formerly AdvancePCS) since January 1988. Mr. Halbert has more than 30 years of management experience in the health care, energy and finance industries. Mr. Halbert was the cofounder and served in the leadership of AdvancePCS for over 15 years. Before joining AdvancePCS, Mr. Halbert served as an Executive Officer and/or Director for several organizations engaged in various health care, as well as non-health care, related industries. He serves as Chairman of Phytel, Inc. In 2012, Mr. Halbert served as co-executive Producer on the critically acclaimed film, Rising From Ashes, benefiting the Rwandan National Cycling Team. He serves as Chairman of The Pursuant Group. Mr. Halbert serves as Vice Chairman of CitySquare. He served as Vice Chairman of CaremarkPCS, LLC and served as its Director since January 1988. He serves as a Director of Caris Life Sciences, Inc.
