Currently I am working as a Contract Administration and Subcontract Manager in an International Airport Project. I have worked in the construction industry for more than 10 years, where I have adquired an extensive experience in contract administration, negotiation, risk management, claim management and dispute resolution.  Previous experience in technical areas and the constant interaction with Engineering, Production and Planning department has allowed me to understand the needs of a Construction Project in terms of planning, cost and execution, being able to identify the risks involved and define strategies to mitigate such risks. During these years I have worked in large and complex projects of national interest in different countries in Central America, South America and Africa, which has given me the opportunity to adapt to different scenarios, where I have enjoyed learning the culture and getting to know the people from those countries. I obtained an MBA from the IE Business School. I am a Civil Engineer graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
