John Greene is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer.  Before joining Bioverativ, John was Chief Financial Officer at Willis, one of the largest risk advisory, insurance and reinsurance brokerages in the world, with more than $3.8 billion in annual revenue, a role he held since June 2014.  Prior to his time at Willis, he spent more than eight years in senior executive roles at HSBC, the global financial services company. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer for HSBC Retail Bank and Wealth Management, the Group's largest business unit, with more than $27 billion in annual revenue and assets of approximately $300 billion. This business unit included the Group's global retail bank, wealth, insurance and asset management businesses operating in 50 countries.   Before joining HSBC, John was with General Electric Company for 12 years in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer for GE Global Business Finance.   John is a graduate of the State University of New York and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University.
