Biography

Snow comes to Aurora with over 23 years of executive healthcare management and start-up experience. In 1995, Mr. Snow co-founded US Healthworks and also served as the Executive Vice President of M&A (Mergers and Aquisitions), where in less than four years he helped grow the company to over 140 locations in 15 US states with revenues exceeding $125 million. In 2002, Mr. Snow created a statewide Physical Therapy network in California with over 250 locations. Then in 2005, he co-founded and served as CEO of Integrated Healthcare Services (IHS), a national provider of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Home Health Services, and medical devices; IHS serviced the workers’ compensation market nationally and grew to over $25 million in revenue when he sold the company in late 2011. Also in 2011, Mr. Snow - with a vision and scientific passion for stem cell therapies and regenerative technologies - invested in Renaissance Biologic and Medical Resources, a national start-up biologic implant company where he now serves as its President and CEO. Mr. Snow received his BBA in Accounting and Management from Temple University and holds an MBA from the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont College.
